Seamless Stainless Steel Eccentric Reducer
This butt-weld pipe fitting features offset centerlines with one flat side, manufactured from seamless stainless steel pipe using cold pressing reducing forming technology.

Production Process
1. Raw Material Inspection: Select qualified seamless stainless steel pipe. Check MTC, surface and dimensions, eliminate cracks and pits.
2. Cutting: Cut pipe blank according to drawing length, remove burrs on cutting edge.
3. Forming (Cold Press Reducing): Place tube blank into eccentric mould. Hydraulic pressing makes metal flow along mould cavity to form offset tapered shape. Multiple pressing available for large reduction ratios.
4. Trimming & End Beveling: Remove excess material, machine butt-weld bevels at both ends.
5. Solution Heat Treatment: Solution annealing to eliminate forming stress, restore corrosion resistance and mechanical performance of stainless steel.
6. Inspection: Dimension testing, visual inspection, PT nondestructive testing and material verification.
7. Surface Treatment: Pickling & passivation. Bright polishing optional.
8. Marking & Packaging: Mark material grade, specification, standard and heat number, pack for shipment.
