Please read this user guide before operating the machine. Only trained operators are allowed to use this equipment. Improper operation may cause personal injury or machine damage.

⚠️ Important Safety Notes

1. Do NOT remove or bypass any safety devices: emergency‑stop button, safety light curtain and safety interlock door.
2. Keep hands, arms and body away from compression cavity, feeding inlet and auto wire‑tying mechanism during machine running.
3. Cut off main power and release residual hydraulic pressure before all maintenance work.
4. Do NOT wash electrical cabinet and motor with water directly. Keep electric parts dry.
5. Prohibit putting metal blocks, stones or hard foreign objects into baling chamber.

Pre‑start‑up Daily Inspection

• Confirm power supply voltage matches machine rated voltage.
• Check hydraulic oil level, oil should sit between min and max scale mark on oil tank. Recommended oil: 46# anti‑wear hydraulic oil.
• Check hydraulic pipes and joints for oil leakage.
• Test emergency‑stop, safety light curtain for normal function.
• Check conveyor belt without jamming debris, crack or serious deviation.
• Check all bolts and fasteners are tightened.
