Long‑term Storage Requirements

If the baler will stop running for more than one month, please follow storage steps:

1. Thoroughly clean all waste residues on the whole machine, compression chamber and conveyor.
2. Coat anti‑rust oil on exposed piston‑rod surface of hydraulic cylinders to prevent rust and corrosion.
3. Cut off main power supply. Cover machine with dust‑proof waterproof cover. Store in dry and ventilated environment, avoid outdoor rain‑soaking.

After‑sales Support Instructions

Our warranty covers 12‑month period for whole machine (quick‑wear parts such as liner plates, sealing rings are excluded from warranty scope). We provide remote video installation guidance, online operation training, fault diagnosis and factory‑cost spare‑parts supply service. When you encounter technical problems which cannot be solved by the above troubleshooting guide, please send us fault code, on‑site photos or short‑video, our technical team will offer professional support promptly.
