90 Degree Hot Process Elbow Forming Machine (Sch 80)
The 90 degree hot process elbow pushing and hot forming machine produces elbows from raw pipe with a smaller outer diameter and greater wall thickness. For example, to manufacture a 3-inch Sch 40 elbow, a smaller-size pipe with higher wall thickness is used as the raw material. This approach reduces raw material consumption across the hot forming elbow production line.
