It mainly uses high‑pressure hydroforming technology to produce seamless T‑type and Y‑type tees directly from straight tubes, replacing traditional welded tee processing. The machine integrates CNC programming, automatic feeding, precise mold clamping, controllable pressure forming and automatic stripping. Equipped with color touch screen and PLC system, pressure, feeding speed, holding time and stroke can be programmed and saved. Dozens of sets of processing recipes can be stored and recalled with one click. High‑precision displacement and pressure sensors realize closed‑loop servo control. The machine automatically compensates pressure and feeding amount during forming, ensuring excellent consistency and low reject rate. The rigid welded frame guarantees stable long‑time continuous operation. Safety light curtain, fault alarm and production counter are optional.

Using straight tube blanks and high‑pressure liquid medium, the synchronous pushing cylinders force metal material to flow evenly inside the mould to form branch pipes in one cycle. Finished tees are weld‑free with uniform wall thickness and smooth branch outlets, no extra polishing required. By changing dies, it can produce equal‑diameter and reducing T/Y tees for different pipe sizes. Compared with semi‑automatic models, it requires little manual operation with stable cycle time, ideal for large‑volume standardized production.
