Periodic Routine Maintenance

Regular maintenance can reduce failure rate greatly and extend whole‑machine service life. Please strictly follow daily, weekly and monthly maintenance schedule. ✅ Daily Maintenance (Every Working Day) Clean dust, paper scraps and plastic residues on machine surface, feeding hopper and conveyor. Check oil‑leak points, test safety‑device response. Record abnormal phenomenon for follow‑up handling. ✅ Weekly Maintenance Adjust conveyor‑belt tension and correct belt deviation. Check and tighten all loose bolts and screws. Inspect replaceable wear‑resistant liner plates inside compression chamber; replace liner plates when they are severely worn. Clean dust on hydraulic radiator. ✅ Monthly Maintenance Check hydraulic oil quality. If hydraulic oil turns dark, turbid or mixed with impurities, drain old oil completely and replace with new 46# anti‑wear hydraulic oil. Check wiring terminals inside electrical cabinet for looseness or oxidation. Inspect wire‑tying mechanism for wear and add lubricating grease for moving mechanical parts.

Note: When replacing hydraulic oil, clean oil tank interior and filter element at the same time.

Common Troubleshooting Guidance

When malfunctions occur, operators can carry out simple inspection according to below table. If problems cannot be solved, stop machine and contact supplier’s technical support team. Do not disassemble hydraulic valves, cylinders and PLC components without professional guidance.
