I. Scope of Supply: Design, Manufacture, Installation & Commissioning
- Design and manufacture of the cold forming tee machine

II. Performance Specifications
- Minimum extruded pipe diameter: 32 mm
- Maximum extruded pipe diameter: 114 mm
- Wall thickness range: 4 – 8.5 mm
- Material for extruded tee: carbon steel seamless pipe (grade 20G, A106B, A106C) and stainless steel pipe
- Ambient conditions: ambient temperature 5 – 38℃, relative humidity ≤82%
- Input power: 3-phase 4-wire 380V (-12% ~ +15%), frequency 50Hz ±2%
- Continuous operation capability: 24 hours per day
- Air supply must be free of corrosive media; equipment must be operated indoors in a workshop with sufficient space
III. Hydraulic Cylinders
- Cylinders manufactured in accordance with JB/T10205-2000 and JB/T15622-2005 standards
- Cylinder barrel: 45# steel, inner surface roughness Ra0.4
- Piston rod: 45# seamless pipe, surface hard chrome plated and polished; no straight marks or spiral scratches permitted, surface roughness Ra0.2–Ra0.4
- All other cylinder components are 45# steel forgings to guarantee mechanical properties
- Piston guide bushing of main cylinder is copper bushing; all seals are standard preferred series; main oil seal adopts AICHI (Austria) imported seals
- Pre-assembly inspection covers roughness, hardness, fitting dimensions of cylinder barrel and piston rod, plus quality of forgings and seals; all components must comply with standards; pressure test performed after cylinder assembly

IV. Main Body Construction
- Main frame fabricated by welding Q235A medium steel plates
- Welds adopt high-quality 16Mo welding wire for sufficient strength
- Steel plates cut by full CNC flame cutting to ensure precision
- Face plate thickness: 50 mm; rib plate thickness: 40 mm
- Theoretical total weight: 13 tons
V. Hydraulic Power Unit
- Maximum working pressure of hydraulic system: 25 MPa; test pressure: 31.5 MPa
- Inner and outer surfaces of oil tank are anti-corrosion treated; filter screen installed inside tank with liquid level and oil temperature indicator
- Whole hydraulic system thoroughly cleaned before oil filling and trial operation
- Two-stage power unit design:
- Stage 1: 40 L/min high-pressure plunger pump
- Stage 2: 63 L/min vane pump, driven by one 15KW-4 motor; vane pump mounted at motor tail; one motor drives two pumps for power saving
- Feed cylinder motor: 4KW-4, matched with 10 L/min high-pressure plunger pump
- Integrated connection for stable operation and zero leakage
- Composite welding for pipeline welding to bear pressure without leakage
- All rigid pipes are precision seamless bright tubes with special inner treatment for pressure resistance
- All threaded adapters conform to Yonghua standard; all flexible hydraulic hoses are 4 steel wire layers high-pressure hoses
VI. Design Features
- Hydraulic pushing with stepless speed regulation
- PLC control with one-key forming; manual mode available when PLC fails
- PLC display: speed, travel, output per shift, self-diagnosis of hydraulic circuit
- Feed time and auto-stop can be set via touch screen
- Hydraulic pressure setting available to protect equipment from misoperation damage
- All motor controls centralized on one control cabinet
- Water pressure control: manually set water pressure
VII. Equipment Installation
- The Seller shall provide installation guidance, and the Buyer shall fully cooperate
- The Seller supplies equipment foundation drawing; the Buyer constructs according to drawing with guidance from the Seller
- The Seller provides cooling water inlet & outlet scheme for intermediate frequency power supply; construction undertaken by the Buyer
- The Buyer shall run power cables to the position designated by the Seller
VIII. Equipment Commissioning
- After the Buyer fulfills pre-commissioning conditions and provides full cooperation, the Seller shall complete commissioning
- The Buyer provides commissioning materials, 46# hydraulic oil, power supply and other utilities
- Any failure caused by equipment defect during commissioning shall be resolved by the Seller
IX. Equipment Acceptance & Warranty
- Within 5 working days after successful commissioning and stable running, the Buyer shall perform acceptance in accordance with the technical agreement
- Both parties sign the acceptance sheet once acceptance is passed
- From the date of signature on the acceptance sheet, the Seller provides free repair and free spare parts within 1 year for failures caused by equipment quality (misoperation excluded)
