This 16-inch OD406 hot pushing elbow machine adopts medium frequency induction heating technology, specially designed for seamless steel pipe, ERW pipe to form elbows in one pass. It is widely used for oil & gas, water supply, chemical, power pipeline fitting manufacturing.
We support full customization: not limited to 406/16 inch. We can adjust the machine structure, heating power, hydraulic system, moulds and control system according to your required pipe OD, wall thickness, bending radius, elbow angle and material (carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel).
Our factory holds ISO and CE certificates. Stable running, low ovality, small wall thinning rate, finished elbows can pass NDT inspection easily.
