Most elbow forming equipment adopts hot pushing process which needs heating system and consumes more energy. Standard cold push machines have fixed processing ranges and cannot handle non-standard sizes.
Our hydraulic cold push elbow machine works at room temperature without induction heating. We customize the machine’s processing range, pushing force, mould and guide structure according to your drawings. It is available for various pipe outer diameters, wall thickness, bending radii and elbow angles.
The cold forming process keeps stable metallographic structure of the pipe, no heat affected zone. Finished elbows have uniform wall thickness, smooth surface and consistent ovality. It complies with ASME, EN and ISO standards, suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel pipe fitting factories.
