​HWSFRT-DN350-S80 Fully Automatic Hot Forming Elbow Machine for OD 168mm-355mm

The HWSFRT-DN350-S80 is a fully automatic hot forming elbow machine designed for pipe outer diameters ranging from 168 mm to 355 mm. The system comprises a main host, hydraulic cylinders, a hydraulic pump station, and a 30-ton cooling tower. The hydraulic cylinders are manufactured in accordance with the JB/T10205-2000 and JB/T15622-2005 standards.

The pump station is designed in three stages to support coordinated bending, rapid positioning, and auxiliary hydraulic functions.

• Stage 1: Design flow of 63 L/min (high-pressure main pump), equipped with a servo-controlled motor for coordinated bending and pushing.
• Stage 2: Design flow of 63 L/min (gear pump), equipped with a standard four-stage motor for fast forward and fast return. Maximum forward speed is 1200 mm/min and maximum return speed is 1800 mm/min. Working speed ranges from 0–280 mm/min with stepless, adjustable control.
• Stage 3: Design flow of 10 L/min (gear pump), used for opening the chuck, clamping the pipe, and other auxiliary hydraulic operations of the bending machine.

The cooling tower is built with 16 mm diameter 304 stainless steel pipes and includes a 0.25 m³ water tank, two 0.37 kW fans, one 1.5 kW spray pump, and one 5.5 kW main pump. Its overall dimensions are 3000 × 1000 × 2500 mm.

• Hydraulic propulsion with stepless speed regulation.
• Medium-frequency heating.

• The medium-frequency power supply and all motor operations are centralized in a single control cabinet, including medium-frequency power on/off, circuit breaking, and cooling water pump start/stop status display.
