The elbow workpiece is firmly clamped and positioned on the machine worktable. The full servo system precisely controls the rotary feed of the cutting head, axial movement and cutting depth. The servo motor delivers stable and adjustable torque to drive the cutting tool to perform continuous machining on the end face of the elbow.

The machine automatically completes angle setting, cutting feeding and dimensional positioning. High-precision servo closed-loop control ensures consistent bevel angle and uniform machining allowance throughout the whole process. After finishing the bevel, the tool returns to the original position automatically.
