1D - 1.5D High Frequency Heating Elbow Making Machine For Carbon Steel Pipe Fittings

The median frequency hot forming elbow making machine is an induction heating system engineered for the production of carbon steel pipe fittings. It combines hydraulic pushing with controlled induction heating to form elbows in 1D, 1.5D and 2D configurations.

The hot forming elbow machine can produce elbows to different standards according to customer orders. Each standard requires a corresponding mandrel for production, and special requirements for the beveling of finished elbows can be accommodated.

The mandrel elbow making machine belongs to the hydraulic machine category. It uses a hydraulic pushing press to advance the raw material pipe, driven by two hydraulic cylinders at the rear. Both cylinders are connected to an oil box that supplies and returns the hydraulic oil.
