This pipe bending machine (tube bending machine) is engineered for bending round tubes and square tubes into precise pipe elbows. It reliably processes carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper tubes. Available in semi-automatic hydraulic and full-automatic servo configurations, the machine delivers multi-angle bending, U-shape bending, and continuous arc bending. Tubes are formed in a single pass with no wrinkling and no flattening.
Typical applications include pipeline engineering, handrails, automotive pipelines, furniture tubing, and air conditioning and refrigeration pipe production. The machine integrates with tube cutting machines and tube chamfering machines to form a complete pipe processing line. Custom bending radii and dies are available on request.
