Horizontal Elbow Beveling Machine

The horizontal elbow beveling machine is specially designed for bevel processing of pipe elbows. The elbow workpiece is horizontally clamped and positioned on the machine fixture. Driven by the main power system, the cutting tool rotates at a set speed while the feeding mechanism drives the cutter head toward the end face of the elbow.

Through combined movement of rotary cutting and automatic feeding, the machine completes high-precision bevel cutting on both inner and outer edges of the elbow end. It can form V-bevel, U-bevel, or other required welding groove shapes in one pass. The entire process eliminates manual flame cutting and guarantees consistent bevel angle and flat end face for elbow welding preparation.
